The automated attendant system answers calls and greets your callers with professional studio-quality announcements. You can control which greeting is played by setting the time and date. Set the announcements to your business hours and ensure that regional public holidays or company vacations are taken into account.
The Auto Attendant also recognises the telephone number of your caller: depending on the country code, you can play announcements in the appropriate language or, for example, forward a caller from France directly to the responsible employee in your company.
Automatically to your destination
Thanks to multilevel voice menus and interaction options, your callers can transfer themselves. Automatic call acceptance and call transfer not only relieves your switchboard. An intelligent call transfer system gets your callers to their destination quickly and easily, thus increasing customer satisfaction.
Using the intuitive web interface of the XPhone Connect Server, you can compile your greetings easily and flexibly: you can either combine the existing announcement modules or upload your own announcements or import them via telephone.
