All conversations – whether 1:1 or group - are automatically saved in the Unified Journal. This means you can find any information again, even weeks later. Use the search function to filter by keywords, contacts or departments – and resume the conversation immediately if required.

Chat Pop-up
The key thing about a chat message is that it is immediately available to your conversation partner. New messages therefore open in a pop-up. You can reply directly – without context switching or extra windows.
