In the Unified Journal, you have your communication history firmly under control thanks to the flexible search & clear filters.
Call journal
Under the "Calls" tab, you will find all calls, missed calls, voicemails and conferences including date, time and conference participants. Of course, all calls that you have made via AnyDevice are also listed here.
You can start a callback from the journal, put a callback on hold, listen to voicemails or forward a call note to a colleague.
Filter and search functions guarantee a maximum overview: filter the entries by meetings, missed calls or voicemails. Or use the powerful search by name, company, telephone numbers or number fragments such as an area code or extension.
Chat Journal
Nothing gets lost with XPhone Connect. Your colleague sent you an important link last week? Simply open the chat journal, enter their name in the search and call up the chat again.
Still have questions? You can continue your chat directly from the journal. Chats that you have conducted via the mobile app as well as text messages are also always clearly available here.
Fax journal
In the fax journal you will find all received and sent faxes. You can open the faxes directly from the journal with the XPhone Fax Viewer.
Thanks to the search and filter function, you can also find the desired document in the fax journal in a matter of seconds.
