With the mobile app, you can also access contacts from all connected data sources on the move. As the data is not stored on the smartphone itself, it is protected even if the phone falls into the wrong hands.

A data index reduces the load on the connected systems and guarantees a high-performance search.
The phone number index is multilocation capable: the contact search is thus initially carried out at the user's own location. The databases can also be prioritised so that, for example, the personal contacts are searched first and then the phone book.
You decide who can access which data sources. Particularly convenient: assign authorisations based on the existing Active Directory user and security groups. You can also allow certain groups or users access to individual data sources.
You can also differentiate within a contact data record: control centrally which employees or which departments are allowed to see detailed information. For example, individual departments can see all contact information, while only the telephone number is visible to other departments.
You don't care where the number of your contact person is stored. The important thing is that you can find the number quickly. With XPhone Connect you can search all data sources simultaneously. You can flexibly combine search criteria such as first name, surname, company name or city or even exclude certain criteria.
