With XPhone Connect you bundle all data sources company wide and across locations – and make all contacts available via free text search.
In practice, this means: simply enter the first name, surname, company or department of your contact person in the search field of your client. All contacts that match your search query are displayed in seconds – regardless of whether the data records are stored in Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP, for example.
GDPR-compliant mobile availability
With the mobile app, you can also access contacts from all connected data sources on the move. As the data is not stored on the smartphone itself, it is protected even if the phone falls into the wrong hands.
Reliable caller identification
Always be optimally prepared: every call is reliably identified on the basis of all connected data sources. So you can see who is expecting you from the very first ring.
With the XPhone Connect Dashboard you can also display all relevant information about the caller – e.g. customer number, payment target or open orders.

XPhone does not replicate your data. You access the original sources directly – and can therefore be sure that the data is always up to date.
A data index reduces the load on the connected systems and guarantees a high-performance search.
The phone number index is multilocation capable: the contact search is thus initially carried out at the user's own location. The databases can also be prioritised so that, for example, the personal contacts are searched first and then the phone book.
Access authorisations
You decide who can access which data sources. Particularly convenient: assign authorisations based on the existing Active Directory user and security groups. You can also allow certain groups or users access to individual data sources.
You can also differentiate within a contact data record: control centrally which employees or which departments are allowed to see detailed information. For example, individual departments can see all contact information, while only the telephone number is visible to other departments.
Free text search
You don't care where the number of your contact person is stored. The important thing is that you can find the number quickly. With XPhone Connect you can search all data sources simultaneously. You can flexibly combine search criteria such as first name, surname, company name or city or even exclude certain criteria. Thanks to the proximity search, it is even sufficient to enter only part of the name in the search field to obtain suitable results.

You can use the contact search not only in the XPhone Client and the Mobile App, but on all LDAP-enabled devices & applications, e.g:

Automatic standardisation
Depending on the application, contact data is saved in different formats. Telephone numbers in particular are often stored in local formats (e.g. local network telephone number without country code or internal telephone numbers).
The XPhone Connect Directory automatically standardises the data and thus brings it into a uniform format. And without changing the source data.
Central administration
The XPhone Connect Directory is administered centrally via an intuitive interface.
The databases can be connected in three simple steps using a configuration wizard.
