The caller pop-up shows you who is waiting at the other end when the first call rings. Answer the call with one click. Don't want to be disturbed right now? Then you can just as easily reject the call or forward it to voicemail.
Perhaps a colleague is the right person to talk to? Then simply select the relevant contact and forward the call directly to the right person.
The phone at the desk next door rings and your colleague is still in a meeting? No problem. Click on the "Pick up call" icon to pick up the call.
The caller pop-up is now displayed on your desktop and you can answer the call or, if necessary, forward it to voicemail or a third colleague.
You decide who can pick up your calls: you can assign the appropriate authorizations to your colleagues directly in the client.
During a conversation with a customer, a question arises that only your colleague can answer. You want to answer the question, but of course want to disturb the customer as little as possible.
No problem. Click on the query icon to open the search window: here you can access any internal or external contact.
You can see directly whether your colleagues are available by phone via the presence status. This means that no call attempt goes unanswered and your customer does not have to wait unnecessarily.

An example: you want to transfer a caller to a colleague. The caller is waiting on the line and you have the choice: do you want to set up a conference? Transfer the call? Or talk to the caller again because you have already received the information you need from your colleague?
One click is all it takes – and thanks to the talking buttons, you know exactly where.
You can make calls from practically any application using a hotkey. Simply select the desired phone number and enter the predefined key combination. Your client will then start the call.
You can also activate telephone numbers on websites directly: if the numbers are stored as a link, one click is enough. If not, you can use the hotkey again.
