You not only use XPhone Connect, but also Microsoft Teams? No problem. You can set your client to synchronise the telephony and presence status between the two systems.
If XPhone and Teams are used in parallel, both clients recognise when calls are being made in the other. Incoming calls are automatically forwarded to voicemail or a colleague during a Teams meeting. Conversely, no Teams calls are received while an employee is on the phone via XPhone.

The basis for this is the so-called "MicSync": XPhone checks whether a communication solution is accessing a user's microphone. If this is the case, the XPhone Client not only displays the appropriate presence status, such as "On the phone (Zoom)", but also automatically sets up call forwarding.

For example, your voicemail is automatically activated during an appointment. However, as soon as you are on vacation or away from home, external calls are diverted to the hotline.
