the new Mac client
The macOS desktop client is based on the mobile app, although the client has been thoroughly optimized for desktop use in terms of usability.
One advantage resulting from this development is that the client is inherently VPN-less.
Please note: In version 10.1, the client is available as a preview and support is limited.
Transcription Agent
The new AI Studio is still in preview status.
But our first AI agent is already fully operational and raring to go!
For hotline calls
- Automatic transcript immediately after the call ends
- Displayed as a dialogue: Agent and caller are clearly separated.
- In the backend, an optional announcement can be enabled to inform callers. Starting with V10.2, the caller can opt out of the recording.
- Recording and transcription can be enabled separately for each hotline with individual language, retention, and consent settings.
For voicemails
- Reading Instead of Listening: Transcribe Voicemails in Seconds, Even in Noisy Environments
- In the client & via email: The transcript is also sent by email, including an audio attachment.
- Directly to the clipboard: Copy content with a single click and reuse it
- Configuration by location: The transcription agent can be enabled on a location-specific basis.
