As soon as you create a meeting in Outlook or Notes, your customer receives an invitation by email. One click on the link in the email is all it takes for your customer to join the meeting directly in their browser.

Once your customer is in the meeting, they have three communication channels at their disposal. In addition to screen sharing, participants can also dial into an audio conference.

The "active speaker display" guarantees you a maximum overview: the name of the conference participant who is currently speaking is displayed at all times.

In addition to screen sharing and conferencing, web meeting participants can also exchange information via chat. And all of this is clearly arranged in a browser window.
