CRM systems
Connect your communication with your CRM system such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. This allows you to benefit from significantly leaner processes.
ERP systems
XPhone brings the knowledge of your ERP system directly into the telephone conversation: via click dialing from SAP, Business Central etc. and display of relevant information in the telephone client.
Groupware
Thanks to the deep integration of XPhone Connect in Microsoft Outlook and HCL Notes, presence status, calendar and contacts are interlinked and remain up-to-date.

In addition to Microsoft Teams (incl. bidirectional presence synchronization), XPhone also supports Zoom, Webex and other tools via MicSync. This means that your presence status is automatically recognized and synchronized.
