  • Customer system with Up2Date/subscription model is a prerequisite
  • Automatic renewal for 12 months
  • Cancellation period 1 month to the end of the term
  • Urgent tickets are charged with an additional time surcharge of 25%.
  • Unused hourly quotas expire at the end of the billing period (12 months)
