Remote or on-site
- All services are performed remotely as standard.
- If services are provided on site, the travel time is deducted from the quota as working time and expenses and travel costs are invoiced in accordance with the current price list.
Services not included
- Configuration of external systems (firewall, telephone system, SQL Standard/Enterprise Server, MS Exchange etc.)
- Initial commissioning of XPhone software & anynode SBC
- Training or instruction
- Dashboard programming
Notes
- Customer system with Up2Date/subscription model is a prerequisite
- Response times apply during business hours.
- Urgent tickets are charged with an additional time surcharge of 25%.
- Unused hourly quotas expire at the end of the billing period (12 months)
- Automatic renewal for 12 months
- Cancellation period 1 month to the end of the term
