For IT Manager Marco Muggli the priority was clear: “SAP is our central application for day-to-day work. Today things look very different. If a contact stored in SAP calls, staff see name, company and customer number immediately in the XPhone dashboard. “XPhone gives us an intuitive, clear interface and saves us an enormous amount of time every day,” summarises Muggli. “Without XPhone we would still be wasting valuable minutes searching and forwarding. Today our communication runs seamlessly – and we would not want to be without it.”
